For fundraising teams

Donor intelligence for the call itself.

Fundraisers lose the thread in three places: the donor they did not have time to review, the moment on the call when they are not sure what to say next, and the write-up that waits until the end of the day. Deydee is built for those three moments.

What it does

Prepared before the call, useful during it, and written up when you hang up.

A persona from the giving record

Import a CSV. Deydee drafts motivations, an opening line, approach notes, and a propensity score from lifetime giving, the last gift, lapse, seasonal patterns, and gift purpose.

A suggestion while you are on the call

Calls happen in the browser. The conversation is transcribed as it happens, and a short suggestion is written from the persona and what the donor just said.

A write-up you review before it sends

When the call ends, Deydee drafts key points, next steps, notes, and a follow-up email. You edit it, then you send it. A conversation too short to summarize is left alone.

Callbacks, gifts, and the rest of the desk

Schedule a callback and notify the donor. Send a payment link by text when a gift is ready. Assign donors to tiers and fundraisers, keep callbacks on a calendar, ask questions about the caseload, and export a board report.

The aim is a fundraiser who walks into the call prepared, gets a nudge while it is happening, and does not start from a blank page when it ends.
